About you We are seeking an experienced Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. You will provide guests with friendly and efficient service related to their arrival, departure, and duration of stay. You will also be responsible for the processing of all transactions in accordance with hotel policy and procedures and maintain a logical and accurate work sequence in terms of cash handling and accounting practices. To be successful in this role you will ideally have: A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role within a hotel environment. Sound understanding of financial results with strong attention to detail. Excellent customer service with a thorough understanding of the hotel environment. Confident in conflict resolution and creative problem solving. Excellent organisation and time management skills. Previous experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Experience with Opera is preferred but not essential. Availability to work night shift commencing at 11pm. Availability to work a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays. The Night Auditor will be focused on ensuring that the highest possible standards of professionalism are maintained, and that guest service is always paramount. You will be an adaptable, motivated, and approachable person with the ability to follow up and action any maintenance, security or occupational health and safety issues as required.
