Reporting into the Customer Delivery & Business Excellence Manager, the Project Delivery Manager (“PDM”) will be based at our Notting Hill head office, enjoy flexibility, and have the option of hybrid working. The PDM will lead and deliver internal and customer-facing innovation projects that drive process improvements and enhance customer experience. You will lead a small team, ensure effective team collaboration, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver innovation initiatives that support business objectives;Provide leadership, coaching, and development to project team members to influence a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement;Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation;Manage stakeholder expectations, ensure satisfaction, communicate project progress, and collect feedback;Facilitate workshops to align project objectives;Identify and mitigate project risks and issues;Track key performance indicators and project metrics;Present project outcomes and recommendations to leadership;Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned;Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports;Identify opportunities for process optimisation and innovation;Apply a compliance focused mindset across all operations, and;Always ensure a safety-first approach. The ideal candidate will be equipped with the following attributes: Tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, Engineering or a related field;Track record of leading small, high-performing teams;Proven experience in tender management and contract negotiation (preferably within a similar industry);Strong understanding of procurement processes and legal aspects of contracting;Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, e.g. Agile, Lean, PMP;Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation;Adaptability and readiness to handle multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn;Exemplary understanding of compliance rules, with a proactive mindset and the ability to act as a role model in upholding and promoting compliance standards, and;Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, influencing, problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
