This includes providing legal advice and negotiating and drafting complex legal documents. This role will be part of the CSO team which works within DIT. The Senior Solicitor role will report directly to the Executive Solicitor (DIT), work collaboratively with solicitors across CSO and manage and lead junior lawyers. A major focus for the role will be advising the North-South Corridor Program Delivery Office which oversees the T2D Project. The T2D Project is the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor and is the final link in creating a non-stop South Road, completing 78km of non-stop, traffic light-free motorway between Gawler and Old Noarlunga. This is a multi-billion dollar project that will deliver a wide range of social, economic, environmental and safety benefits, not only for Adelaide, but for all of South Australia.
