Job description About the Role: As Area Manager you will be responsible for leading the delivery of services throughout the South Coast region, focussing on high quality care, organising the planning, budgeting and reporting of activities within the Home & community Care team, and coordinating key processes within the team. The position may be located at our Unanderra, Nowra or Bateman’s Bay regional hub. Your Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to: Lead the delivery of Uniting home and community care services in the South Coast Area stretching from the Illawarra to Eden. Lead and motivate your local Home and Community care team Promote and support growth of Uniting home and community care services across the region Work closely with the HACC team to translate business and strategic objectives into targets, tactical plans and action steps. Implement continuous improvement initiatives Willingness and ability to travel between Uniting community sites and client locations. Your Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor qualification in a relevant field such as health discipline, business field or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Benefits for you!
