Job Description Now, let’s talk about this role… If you thrive on: Leading the design, program management and delivery of strategic and operational Talent & Capability Development programs and initiatives Being part of a close-knit, collaborative and fast paced team environment Working in a diverse workforce where you can bring your own capabilities, experiences and knowledge to help enhance Judo’s unique culture Then, this opportunity might just be your dream job: Co-create and implement Judo’s talent and capability development strategy with integrated programs Lead our Talent Management Processes (including Judo’s Got Talent assessment process) and support employee development and succession planning; Lead the development, design and delivery of strategic Leadership Frameworks and Leadership Development programs; Program manage Inclusion, Equity & Diversity (IE&D) initiatives and co-lead the Belong@Judo Network (employee working group); Oversee the Induction program for new joiners; Manage our Education Assistance Policy; Manage enterprise completion of Mandatory Training and CPD Vendor manage program suppliers (i.e. MBS, Magneto, Women in Business and Finance); Manage our suite of Psychometric tools and conduct senior leader Psychometric debriefs; Lead submission of workplace awards Desired Skills and Experience A little bit about you… The skills you’ve picked up along the way: In depth knowledge of leadership, strategic organisational capability development, talent and succession, inclusion, equity and diversity and culture initiatives. Organisational development and capability building Project/program management – communication of programs, stakeholder engagement Stakeholder management – not just on “paper” but face to face and remotely! Event management Identifying knowledge gaps and designing effective development programs to close them Delivering learning in an engaging way at all levels Written communication from formal Board papers to all team-member communications The ability to see strategy through to execution Your life pre-Judo: Experience in capability strategy development and implementation and assessment of impact in the business. Experience in organisational development Experience designing and delivering capability development programs Experience working in a high-performing People and Culture team with a “delivery” focus Understanding of human performance, culture management, talent and learning practises (ideally in banking or financial services) Demonstrated ability to work across all levels Australian working rights At Judo, our culture sets us apart.
