About Us: The Planning Collective represents a team of experienced and dedicated NDIS Support Coordinators committed to empowering participants to achieve their goals and enhance both individual and community capacity. Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified NDIS Support Coordinators to join our team as Independent Contractors or Employees. This is a remote position, if you live outside of Geelong area you can still apply. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance to participants in navigating the NDIS framework, ensuring respect for their choices and needs. Maintain a thorough understanding of NDIS guidelines, legislation, and internal policies. Manage client relationships and documentation using relevant client management systems (PRODA, PACE, CRM etc.). Participate in team meetings, training, and contribute to the knowledge-sharing culture within our organisation. Qualifications: Proven experience and knowledge in the NDIS Support Coordinator. Relevant qualifications or extensive training in the field. Strong self-starter with a proactive approach to delivering support. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Willing and able to provide the following mandatory checks: NDIS Worker Screening Check, Drivers License, WWCC (if necessary), NDIS training or other deemed necessary for the position.
