Female Disability Support Worker – Casual Role | Blakehurst NSW Melbourne Health & Care Services (MHCS) We are currently hiring a female support worker to provide personalised support to a young participant with Level 3 Autism (non-verbal) and Intellectual Disability. This is a casual role with set weekly shifts and the potential for increased hours during school holidays. We're looking for someone who is proactive, energetic, and confident in engaging with children who require a high level of support. This role involves supporting participants with a range of needs, from daily living tasks to social and recreational activities, including those with more complex behaviours. No two days are the same. You’ll be working with a variety of participants, each with their own goals, routines, and challenges. Your focus will be on empowering individuals to live with independence, dignity, and connection to their community.
