DERMAL CLINICIAN with a Degree or BEAUTY THERAPIST with 5 years experience We require Dermal Clinician or Beauty therapist with proven track record on sales and treatments. All rounder is needed urgently. Favorable Requirements Knowledge of various cosmetic treatments, dental treatments and products including social media marketing is an advantage as well on various dental treatments. Duties will include but not limited to: Must have a helicopter view Meet & greet clients over the phone and in person Ensure smooth client flow through clinic Converting new leads into sales to achieve daily/weekly targets Coordinating training, managing rostering, organizing events and team building events / vendor and stock management Booking new clients and performing basic skin analysis and make bookings Handle all compliance and quality control as well as client feedback Oversee billing, budgeting and financial targets Recommending cosmeceutical homecare products to best manage clients concerns. Attending weekly team meetings, clinic events and educational conferences, as required. Sending recalls, appointment reminders also to work as a proactive receptionist Achieving / helping the team to meet sales targets and KPI's. Commitment to professional grooming standards and personal demeanor Knowledge of software and medical equipment Accredited training in business or medical practice management with knowledge of medical terminology.
