About the Role: We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our team. Supporting Sales Agent Gemma White, you will be aligning your career with a supportive and dynamic team leader who is rapidly growing her business. What We’re Looking For: • Confident in prospecting (the role will primarily focus on prospecting) • A skilled communicator with a positive, ambitious, and resilient attitude • Energetic and prepared for the demands of a fast-paced environment • Committed to high standards of conduct and work • Adaptable and capable of thriving in various situations • Able to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively • System-oriented with an appreciation for quality systems, procedures, and processes • Proficient in operating CRM software (Vault experience advantageous) Requirements: • 18 months experience in residential real estate with a proven track record of achievement • A single-minded focus on success —no “Plan B” • QLD Driver’s License and your own car • QLD Real Estate Salesperson Certificate or Full License Who are we? Remuneration & Working Days: Based on performance this year you would have earned in excess of $80,000. Base salary of $60k super commission. Expectation for GCI to increase, making this a $100k role. Full-time role or potential for flexible hours for the right candidate, however Saturday work is essential.
