Babich Maintenance and Steriliser Services Pty Ltd is an Australian entity that has been in operation for 20 years specialising in the sales and ongoing maintenance of medical equipment predominantly in the Health Industry. An opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator/Manager to join our team. This is a full time position based in the Jandakot office of the company. Onsite parking is provided. This position entails the following works: Complete daily administration of the company including reception duties of answering telephones, filing, emails and welcoming visitors to the premises Assisting the National Sales and Service Managers with their day to day workload Support to the Directors of the Company Payroll Ongoing maintenance and overseeing of the Client Management System including scheduling of works Processing of product sales orders to despatch Day to day accounting procedures including invoicing, purchasing, inventory control within the Company's accounting system Management and co-ordination of the electronic filing system utilised by the Company Assist the Directors with ISO certification requirements It is envisaged that the successful applicant will possess the following:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional personal presentation Customer service orientation Information management skills Great organising and planning skills Attention to detail Initiative and Proactive Attitude Reliable and Punctual Advanced MYOB skills Previous experience with a Client Management System Certificate in Accounting or similar qualification Excellent Office 365 skills Ability to self-manage workload Ability to manage a small office Demonstrated ability to work independently This role entails working within a health industry provider. It will also be a requirement that a Police Clearance can be achieved.
