A large-scale, family-run farming business located near Narrabri is currently seeking a Dryland Cropping Overseer to join their team. This is a hands-on leadership position, responsible for managing day-to-day dryland cropping operations and working closely with the farm owner to coordinate activities and seasonal priorities. The successful candidate will assist in supervising 2–3 farm hands and help coordinate contractors throughout the year. The business is a third-generation operation currently entering an exciting phase of growth. Their enterprise spans both dryland and irrigated cropping, rotating between winter and summer crops.
