What You'll Be Doing Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications. Knowledge sharing within a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure best practices and high standards are upheld. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to define project scope and deliverables. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and performance. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and integrate them into the development process. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices, safeguarding sensitive data and systems. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes and enhancing team productivity. What You Will Need 5 years of experience in software development. Experience with DevOps tooling and Continuous Integration, Delivery and Security. Experience with agile software delivery methodologies. Experience in unit and integration testing. Experience in building cloud solutions.
