12 month role Based in Ipswich Eden Ritchie Recruitment is seeking an experienced and strategic service delivery manager to lead the establishment of a Value Management function. Your strong change leadership and stakeholder engagement skills will enable you to successfully integrate value-led thinking into delivery, governance, and program management practices for a large public sector water business. Key Responsibilities Lead the establishment of a Value Management function – and associated framework design, process integration, and stakeholder engagement. Drive delivery optimisation, value realisation, benefits realisation across Seqwater’s Digital multi program portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and community outcomes. Identify and implement optimisation opportunities that enhance cost, schedule, and quality performance while strengthening regulatory prudency and efficiency. Design and implement value reporting structures, including dashboards, metrics, and benefit tracking tools. Partner with governance, finance, operations, capital and delivery teams to embed Value Management processes into business-as-usual operations. Support cultural change and capability uplift in value-led planning Facilitate retrospectives, reviews, and forums that build strategic feedback loops and foster continuous improvement. Key Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in establishing or evolving program or value management functions within a regulated delivery environment. Working knowledge of Agile, waterfall and the Queensland Government’s MSP framework, with practical application to program delivery. Strong change leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to guide new practices from concept through to embedded capability. Experience translating strategic priorities into measurable benefits and delivery outcomes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in dashboard/report design and benefits quantification.
