Perspective Recruitment are seeking multiple experienced Machine Operators / Production workers to work in their long-standing manufacturing facility to work across Rubber Mixing Production. Remuneration and Hours on offer: Working 12 hours shifts on Dayshift or Nightshift Monday - Sunday in a position that offers immediate permanent full-time employment, with regular overtime opportunities. Starting time: 5:00am (Dayshift) OR 5:00pm (Nightshift) $36 - $46 per hour overtime weekend rates benefits These multiple permanent full-time opportunities offer job stability, extra overtime opportunities and rewarded with training opportunities for professional and personal development. Required skills & attributes: Experience in heavy manufacturing or Raw Materials manufacturing Experience with Rubber, Polymers, or Industrial manufacturing would be advantageous Ideally have forklift license (LF) Knowledge of fabrics, textiles or belt weaving would be advantageous Experience operating industrial machinery and hand tools Take ownership and pride in all their work Great attention to detail and accuracy Dedicated and committed to long term work Flexible, enthusiastic and ability to use initiative Have a sound knowledge and understanding of OH&S Have sound knowledge of Manual Handling Practices Good communication and problem- solving skills High focus on quality and productivity Tools, some PPE and Uniform provided Motivated, hardworking and reliable Overhead crane experience or Gantry crane experience would be advantageous You will receive on the job training, join a family atmosphere and trusting environment.
