Overview Launch Recruitment are working closely with a leading global organisation on a high-impact opportunity for a Senior IAM Architect/Consultant with strong experience in CyberArk and a proven track record in Machine Identity. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies and architectures Provide expertise in Machine Identity Protection , ensuring secure automation and scalability in identity systems. Manage and protect all machine identities , including secrets, certificates, and workload identities , using the world’s most comprehensive machine identity security solutions. Design IAM solutions that support AI-enabled services and secure multi-cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), enabling secure access across distributed environments. Engage directly with enterprise clients to understand their business challenges and design IAM solutions that address these effectively. Develop and deliver clear, impactful presentations to internal stakeholders and external clients. Serve as a subject matter expert in IAM strategy, architecture, and emerging technologies. Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Stay up to date with industry trends, particularly within Privileged Access Management (PAM) , AI in security , and identity protection across cloud-native architectures. Key Skills & Experience Extensive experience in IAM , with a strong focus on architecture, consulting, and strategic planning. Proven hands-on experience with CyberArk , including design, deployment, and integration. Deep understanding of Machine Identity Protection and modern approaches to identity lifecycle management. Experience designing and securing identity architectures across multi-cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with AI/ML-driven security solutions or working in environments where AI is integrated into the broader security ecosystem. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences. Comfortable working in a client-facing role, with strong stakeholder management capabilities. Experience delivering value through innovative identity solutions across large-scale environments. Experience working for a cybersecurity or identity-focused vendor is advantageous , but not essential. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment. Why Apply?
