The opportunity Working as part of a close-knit team, this role will see you manage incoming cases and emails related to the installation, maintenance, enhancement and repair activities of owned and managed assets. You will be a key point of escalation for the Coordination team that includes a range of maintenance and construction activities at communication sites. Your day to day responsibilities will include:- Engage in case management and resolution Management of inbox Assist the Team Leader with rostering Respond to incoming phone calls relating to the inventory activity Provide technical support the Site Management Centre Assist maintenance contractors with more complex maintenance requirements Assist in routine maintenance and repairs pertaining to both owned and managed sites Manage and resolve site problems and program rectification works for both assets and managed arrangements Updating customer contact lists Assist in control payments of all contractual work as required and within agreed timeframes Maintain contact and track progress of work by contractors Maintain key register for all sites including site access and site hazard information for all owned and managed sites Develop and maintain internal and external relationships with key stakeholders Ideal candidate for this role Skills Excellent organizational and administrative skills Project coordination or case management experience Strong communication skills Problem Solving Stakeholder management Ability prioritise tasks Customer focused Excellent computer skills in the areas of word processing, databases, and spreadsheets, primarily with Microsoft Office suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills with specific ability over the telephone Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Competencies ‘Give it a Go’ to create a better and wholistic experience for our customers Look for opportunities to drive continuous improvement, innovation to existing practices, processes or solutions Play a leading role in working through difficult situations Take personal responsibility to ensure your role makes a difference to the business and customers Proactively seek opportunities for growth and development Manages own behavior to have a positive impact on others Next steps?
