What You’ll Do Monitor and forecast emerging fashion trends, ensuring product assortments are in line with current and upcoming market demands. Collaborate with design teams to incorporate the latest trends into collections, ensuring the brand stays ahead of the competition. Analyse market trends and consumer preferences, using data and insights to drive buying decisions that align with customer needs. Manage the product life cycle, from trend spotting to selecting and purchasing the right styles, fabrics, and fits that will resonate with the target market. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring the brand secures exclusive, trend-forward pieces at competitive prices. Evaluate sales performance and customer feedback, adjusting buying strategies and trend selections to optimise inventory and meet sales targets. What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a womenswear Buyer (open to category background as long as its within womenswear) A keen understanding of trend forecasting and market shifts A creative mindset, coupled with a sharp, analytical approach to buying The ability to drive sales and create collections that are both on-trend and commercially successful Strategic mindset with a sharp eye for product, trend, and commercial opportunity Data-driven approach to product and pricing decisions Excellent collaboration skills across Planning, Design and Marketing Passion for product, retail, and customer experience This is the perfect role for someone ready to step up into a Head of Buying position or a proven leader looking for a fresh challenge in a brand-led business that’s growing, evolving, and investing in product excellence.
