We offer a fresh, modern Australian menu and a relaxed beachside dining experience. What we’re looking for: An enthusiastic Chef with strong kitchen experience, creativity, and a love for coastal cuisine. You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistent quality, manage kitchen operations, and maintain high food standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes across various sections of the kitchen Assist in planning menus, daily specials, and seasonal updates with a focus on fresh, local ingredients Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and OH&S standards in the kitchen Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to support a positive team culture What you’ll bring: Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment Excellent time management and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and lead by example Flexibility to work across weekends, evenings, and public holidays Permanent full time role with a starting salary between $75K - $80K (plus super).
