Description A fixed term contract until the end of June 2026 , t his position offers a unique organizational perspective, operating under the Senior Leadership Team without being tied to any specific department. The Program Manager must quickly grasp new concepts and processes, identify interdependencies, and proactively manage them. Key Responsibilities but not limited too: Acting as a super-connector with strong stakeholder management skills, capable of adjusting communication styles for diverse audiences from C-Level executives to shop-floor operators. Spearheading the creation and troubleshooting of cross-functional processes, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement. Managing governance forums related to project development. Championing Asana as the preferred work management platform. Continuously evaluating and improving processes, projects, and programs for efficiency. Skills & Experience: Clear history of at least 5 years successful project delivery in a complex operating environment with few documented standard operating procedures, across a variety of project types (e.g. at a rapidly growing scale-up company or start-up) Very strong ability to communicate with stakeholders at every level of the business, from C-Suite to shop-floor, to drive project results and decision-making. Strong conflict resolution skills Strong ability to learn new concepts, new processes, business operating procedures and how these connect to overall business performance very quickly.
