About the Role: As a Senior Data Modeller/Engineer, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into valuable business insights. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining data models, ensuring data quality, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organisation. Your expertise will help shape the data architecture and analytics solutions that drive our strategic outcomes. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide innovative solutions that enhance our data platform and reporting capabilities. This role is ideal for an individual with junior Data Modeller experience who is eager to take the next step in their career. Define, develop, and maintain data analytics solutions, including data visualisations. Develop, test, and deploy solutions using Inmon, 3NF, and Kimball methodologies. Create and maintain technical documentation for data solutions. Ensure efficient, organised, and reliable data pipelines and data stores. Collaborate with data owners and business units to define and validate report requirements. About You: You are a passionate and experienced data professional who thrives on transforming complex data into actionable insights. You have a strong background in data architecture, modelling, and analytics, and you are adept at using advanced data platforms and tools. Your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills enable you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and drive data-driven decision-making across the organisation. You are committed to continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of data quality, security, and governance. Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Data Management, or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. Extensive experience in data architecture, data modelling, data warehouse design, and data lake concepts. Expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Platform, particularly Azure Databricks. Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
