About the Role We are currently seeking Security Officers for multiple roles across various sectors. These positions offer a unique opportunity to work in high-profile environments where professionalism, vigilance, and customer service are paramount. Depending on your experience and interests, you may be placed in one of the following roles: Control Room Operator – Monitor CCTV, manage access control systems, and coordinate incident responses. Gaming Entry Point Officer – Provide a welcoming presence, enforce entry regulations, and ensure compliance with gaming laws. Plant Protection Officer – Safeguard critical infrastructure, manage access, and enforce site protocols. Gatehouse Security Officer – Control vehicle and personnel access, conduct inspections, and maintain site integrity. Roving Patrol Officer – Conduct mobile and foot patrols, respond to incidents, and support emergency services. Static Guard – Maintain a visible security presence and protect assets and personnel. Screening Officer (Aviation) – Perform passenger and baggage screening, access control, and threat detection. Hospital Guard (Emergency Response & Patient Minding) – Support clinical staff, manage behavioural incidents, and ensure patient safety. All roles require a strong commitment to safety, customer service, and compliance with site-specific procedures. The Successful Candidate To be successful in this role, you will possess: A Certificate II in Security Operations Candidate must hold a Security Licence - BASELINE SECURITY AND ABOVE Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A professional and courteous demeanor. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to different environments and shift patterns. A commitment to health, safety, and ethical conduct.
