Reporting to the Resort Manager, we are currently seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Manager to drive effective leadership to ensure our Food & Beverage team members are engaged, enabled and empowered to deliver RAC members and guests with a high level of customer service. As Food & Beverage Manager at RAC Karri Valley Resort, you will be a key player in ensuring our food and beverage services run smoothly. This dynamic role calls for the right candidate to elevate our guest experience and lead a passionate team. You will oversee and support our team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff while upholding our commitment to delivering exceptional service, quality, and safety at our beautiful Lakeside Restaurant. In this role you will: Lead day-to-day operations across two F&B outlets (à la carte restaurant & casual dining), working closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences Oversee team recruitment, training, rostering and performance management Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control and supplier relationships Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, safety regulations and internal policies Maintain high service standards, respond to guest feedback, and drive continuous improvement Support menu development, promotions and product innovation Supervise stock levels and controls, ensuring accurate reporting and efficient inventory management Assist with reporting and contribute to strategic planning alongside Resort leadership What are we looking for in you? Relevant qualifications / experience in Hospitality, Business or Management Proven experience in a hospitality or resort environment, with strong team leadership skills A hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused setting Proven understanding of liquor licensing, food safety and OH&S compliance Skilled in budgeting, stock control, rostering and cost management Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities A natural collaborator who builds strong teams and fosters positive workplace culture Enjoy a 5-day working week on a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays Physically capable of performing manual tasks (e.g., walking, lifting, bending) Must have: RSA, Approved Manager’s Licence, and National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain) What are we offering you?
