What this job involves: We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join our highly regarded client – Google based in Pyrmont! You will lead the day-to-day activities and be the on-site key point of contact. The role will assume overall responsibility for site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, events and reception desk. A snapshot of the role: Provide superior customer service to meet the on-site client’s expectations Monitor procedures to ensure client’s expectations are conveyed and worked upon Health and Safety compliant Manage safety procedures to ensure the provision of a safe working environment Provide support to the Facilities Manager for all initiatives, process implementation, reports and project related matters when required Proactively support daily Reception Operations, and set ups for client events Assist with coordinating moves and changes in the office space Manage Google’s Ticketing System requests - Focal point for day-to-day operational activities Proactively manage meeting room bookings, ensuring a seamless experience for all requesters Assist with the monitoring of Planned Preventative Maintenance (soft services) programme and ensure vendors perform and carry out all services as per schedule Sound like you?
