To Be Successful: • Previous 2 years machine operation experience from a production or manufacturing background is a MUST! • Strong work ethic, communication and ability to work in a team • MUST have own car & current driver's licence • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends • Australian citizens, residents, or unrestricted work rights only You will be responsible for: • Operating and setting up high-speed production machinery ensuring all lines are running smoothly • Conducting basic maintenance and quality checks • Monitoring production output • Maintaining a high standard of safety and accuracy Pay Rates: • Day Shift (6am6pm) - $32.64 p/h • Saturday Rate: $48.96 - p/h • Sunday Rate: $65.28 - p/h What's on Offer: • New facility featuring the latest in European technology • 12-hour rotating shifts 3 days on / 3 days off on-going with a view to permanency after 6 months! • Only 2 weekends per month required • Opportunities for ongoing training and career progression • Work in a high-speed, automated production environment • Located in Horsley Park with free on-site parking This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a dynamic team environment ideal for candidates who are mechanically minded, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.
