Initial 5-week contract with possibility for extension Salesforce Public sector solution project Role is fully remote, must be based in Australia with full working rights Role: As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between clients' business needs and technology solutions. You will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to enhance business processes and achieve organizational objectives withing an agile environment. You will be working in established squads with architects and developers. Plan, organize, and facilitate workshops to gather requirements and drive innovation, capturing outcomes accurately. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and propose creative solutions to address business challenges. Craft user stories with clear acceptance criteria, collaborating with development teams for accurate implementation. Adopt a research-oriented mindset to understand customer journeys and pain points, visualizing and communicating customer journey maps effectively. You will have: 3 years salesforce business analyst experience working in public sector environments/projects Salesforce certifications highly advantageous Experience with agile project management tools (eg. Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure Devops) Experience in working within highly complex, multi-stream and integrated environment
