This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an integrated, multidisciplinary team within our Centre of Excellence in Cardiovascular and Diabetes Care. Here you’ll work in a warm, innovative, and forward-thinking environment within an integrated care model. Collaborating with GPs and an endocrinologist alongside a team of other medical specialists and allied health, you'll have access to state-of-the-art diagnostics, preventative care, and health screening, all fully integrated with our GP services to provide the best care.
