Engaging in continuous professional development and service improvement initiatives. Contributing to policy development and strategic planning in mental health services. About You To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications & Registration: MBBS or equivalent. Registration with the Medical Practitioners Board of Australia. Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP). Additional postgraduate education in public health, research, or management. Strong clinical expertise in psychiatry. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team.
