Superstar Male Disability Support Worker Needed Casual position: Logan and Scenic Rim region, male support worker with Mental Health experience. 3GEN Support, a locally owned company, is seeking support workers with experience in and a passion for working in the mental health field to join our team of exceptional individuals. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide positive male role modelling with a positive outlook, uplifting and fun personality, kindness, empathy, resilience and be non-judgmental towards participants. Experience working with people who may present with a range of mental health or psychological conditions. You will be able to set clear and strong boundaries and be extremely client focused. Must have; Certificate III in Disability/Individual Support (or equivalent), current NDIS Worker Screener Card, Blue Card, first aid and CPR certificate, Full Driver's license, a comprehensively insured vehicle, and a police check.
