The ideal candidate will be a team player who enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-paced yet supportive environment, delivering exceptional quality work. Key Responsabilites & Duties Optimize project cost control and budget management Accurately estimate project completion times and manage changing project deadlines Streamline construction site management and ensure compliance with industry regulations Increase productivity with automated scheduling and resource utilization analysis Maximize the accuracy of construction forecasts for better financial decisions Drafting of plans, contract documentation and quality assurance. Essential Selection Criteria Be proficient in 12D and AutoCAD A relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering A proven ability to work within a team, be self-motivated and be able to assist on multiple projects concurrently Attention to detail and be able to diligently carry out Engineering tasks with high efficiency Capable of liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, including the client, sub-consultants and sub-contractors. Good written and verbal communication skills The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated Mentor and Placement Consultant to guide, coach and offer career advice throughout the internship placement.
