Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver diverse landscape architecture projects, from concept to completion. Contribute to business development and help secure new work for the Perth studio. Support/Manage project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers. Cultivate strong relationships with clients and collaborators. Ensure design excellence and commercial viability across all projects. Collaborate with national leadership, contributing to the growth of the landscape division.
