We’re looking for an experienced Client Support Officer to play a significant role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality services under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). Key Responsibilities: Efficient and responsive end-to-end rostering of clients in CHSP service registration categories 1–3, ensuring consistent and timely service delivery. Primary day-to-day contact for clients and contractors of a shared caseload of clients, building strong relationships and addressing needs with professionalism and care. Proactively escalate incidents or concerns to ensure client safety and service quality. Provide flexible support across general rostering and administrative tasks, contributing to smooth team operations and a high standard of client care. What you'll bring: Demonstrated experience in working effectively with a diverse range of client groups. Understanding of and experience working with older people. Knowledge of community aged care services support services available. Proven ability to effectively negotiate with key stakeholders and provide positive solutions to problems. Cert III in Business Administration (or similar) or equivalent experience in the workforce. Experience utilising Care Management System such as AlayaCare would be highly regarded. Why Join Us?
