Support Officers (2 Roles Available) We’re hiring TWO Support Officers to join our growing team! Based in Somerton Park near Glenelg, Bluize Solutions is a South Australian tech company delivering point-of-sale and loyalty solutions to pubs and clubs across the country. We are seeking two proactive, personable, and tech-savvy individuals to join our frontline support team. Your primary role will be answering inbound calls , providing first-level support, and logging service requests through Zoho Desk . For the right people, there are genuine opportunities to grow into broader roles across training, service, and project delivery. What You’ll Be Doing Answering incoming support calls from hospitality venues Logging, updating and resolving tickets in Zoho Desk Troubleshooting issues with software, hardware and integrations Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams Supporting installations, product testing, training, and client onboarding (optional growth path) What We’re Looking For Friendly and confident phone manner Strong written communication and grammar Fast and accurate typing (you’ll be multitasking) Great analytical skills and problem-solving ability Comfortable with technology and customer-facing software Hospitality background is a big plus Previous use of Zoho Desk or similar systems is helpful Why Join Bluize?
