About the Role As a Senior Practitioner at Carlow Place, you’ll work with young people aged 18 and under who are experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness. You’ll walk alongside them as they build independence, strengthen their wellbeing, and plan for the future—while also guiding a small team of Youth Case Workers and Support Workers. This role blends hands-on therapeutic case management with day-to-day leadership—perfect if you love being on the ground while helping shape a high-quality, trauma-informed service.
