Job Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: •Be responsible for assisting the team with high quality of food preparation and presentation for all service periods •Exposure to a variety of service styles including a la carte, buffet, room service and functions •Rotation through a range of kitchens including restaurant, events and pastry •Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment •Flexible approach in adapting to guest requests •Liaise with Food and Beverage Attendants •Preparation of food and mise en place •Work according to a daily production sheet •Keep close control of portion size and wastage •Be actively involved in learning your trade. •After service clean all equipment and working area
