We’re Looking For Someone Who Is A final-year accounting student or recent graduate who’s ready to hit the ground running — part-time or full-time, depending on graduation timeline Tech-literate, systems-minded, always asking “is there a better way?” Hungry to learn, highly accountable, and not afraid of a challenge Comfortable navigating new platforms A proactive communicator who takes initiative and delivers quality work Deeply curious about automation, digital tools, and AI in accounting Bonus if you have: Experience with Xero, Carbon, Infinity, or cloud-based accounting platforms Strong documentation and writing skills for process mapping and manuals Your Domain: Technology, Workflow & Integration From day one, tech will be your domain . You’ll work across our full stack of systems to understand how they operate, identify what’s duplicative or outdated, and champion smarter integrations and automations across the firm. We don’t expect you to know our tools yet — but we do expect you to be curious, confident, and relentless about learning. Help maximise use of our current tech stack (Xero, XPM, Carbon, Now Infinity, Class Super) Identify duplication and inefficiencies in existing workflows Champion the integration and alignment of our tools into a cohesive, streamlined process Explore automation and AI-assisted tools to enhance how we serve clients Build and maintain a living procedures manual for internal systems and processes Accounting, Tax & Admin Support Of course, accounting and tax is the lifeblood of the business and the tech tools are designed to enable us to deliver these as efficiently as possible. Once systems are streamlined and understood, you’ll begin applying those tools in practice, supporting the team across a range of core accounting and compliance responsibilities. Assist with bookkeeping, reconciliations, BAS/IAS prep, and client records Support corporate secretarial work via ACIS (ASIC changes, minutes, shareholder updates) Maintain data accuracy across systems and ensure consistency in client communications Contribute to tax return preparation and structured client-facing outputs What You’ll Get Structured onboarding and one-on-one mentoring with senior team members You’ll be given real autonomy from day one — especially across our tech and systems — and empowered to make meaningful improvements that shape how the firm runs.
