ProQuest Recruitment is excited to be leading the search for a superstar Administration Assistant who has all the bells and whistles to join our client located in Keysborough. On offer is ongoing full time hours Monday to Friday 7am-3pm with an incredible family orientated culture and potential to go permanent for the right candidate. This is a brand new role to the team, and for the first couple of weeks will be easing into the execution of the role and will then be full time ongoing casual hours within the first 3-4 weeks. You will have: Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel The ability to work across customer systems and warehouse management platforms Excellent organisational skills A proactive mindset with the ability to review, streamline, and improve office-based processes to increase accuracy and efficiency Our client also have offsite warehouses both local and interstate and you will required to work closely with these team members to coordinate transfers, exure accurate stock on hand and assist with order completion and delivery updates. This a role whereby you will must possess the confidence to improve processes and be willing to shine your light on continuos improvement operations. Initial Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Assisting in container scheduling and accepting SOH (Stock on Hand) reporting and accuracy follow-ups Monitoring and reporting on delivery statuses, including for interstate warehouses Order preparation and paperwork management Coordinating stock take and managing stock control Organising stock transfers between warehouses Assisting with truck scheduling Rework scheduling Preparing order stickering and labels Planning for stock replenishment Replenishment of all consumables If this sounds like you then apply now!
