You'll oversee national Technical Services, the Call Centre and Campaign & Recalls, ensuring our customers and dealer network receive the highest level of support. You'll work closely with a collaborative leadership team, developing strategies to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency and customer experience. Day to day, you'll mentor senior managers, drive continuous improvement initiatives and build strong relationships with dealers, corporate partners and Mazda Motor Corporation.
