Contract Care Recruitment has been engaged by a well-established, not-for-profit Aged Care provider to source a dedicated Clinical Care Coordinator for one of their highly regarded residential services in the Taree region. This role is based in Taree, NSW 2430, our client can set you up with accomodation and a healthy relocation package. This full-time, permanent opportunity is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse looking to step into clinical leadership-or an existing coordinator seeking a meaningful role within a supportive and values-driven environment.
