Your Role: Your role as an Operations Associate, will play a crucial role in supporting the underwriting team with business, planning, project, administrative tasks. Under moderate supervision, you will ensure the efficient and accurate support of process improvement across the team. Your Responsibilities: You will provide comprehensive administrative support to Underwriting team. You will coordinate and execute daily operational tasks. You will assist the Operations Manager and Leadership Team. You will conduct advanced data tasks/analysis. You will contribute to identifying areas for process improvement, proposing and implementing solutions. Your Desired Skills and Experience: You will have an admin heavy background. Relevant experience in the financial services industry; experience in general insurance is desirable. Experience in implementing or participating in process improvement project is preferable. Excellent knowledge of PC-based systems and applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database systems. HSC (or equivalent) is essential.
