In this role, you will take ownership of both workforce planning and recruitment activities. You will play a critical part in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the right talent while strategically aligning our workforce with the company’s evolving needs. You will work closely with the Head of HR, senior leadership and department leaders to ensure we have the right skills in the right roles at the right time. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strategic workforce plans to forecast talent requirements and address skills gaps across the organisation. Partner with department leaders to align workforce strategies with business objectives and growth plans. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates to meet current and future hiring needs. Analyse workforce data and recruitment metrics to provide insights and optimise hiring strategies. Maintain and update workforce planning tools and recruitment systems to ensure data accuracy and reporting. Support succession planning and talent pipeline development for critical roles. Deliver a positive candidate experience and promote the company’s employer brand. Requirements Experience in both workforce planning and full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the IT sector. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable workforce insights. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and workforce planning software is highly desirable. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for talent acquisition and workforce optimisation. Relevant qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields are advantageous.
