As a Sport and Leisure Officer, you’ll be part of a passionate and supportive team delivering high-quality programs across our Stirling Leisure Centres. What You’ll Do Supervise the delivery of sport and leisure programs including competitions, coaching, and holiday activities. Oversee program staff including Umpires and Program Attendants, and support their recruitment, onboarding, and performance. Manage evening sporting competitions, ensuring a safe, professional, and enjoyable environment. Handle program administration such as fixturing, registrations, and equipment maintenance. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that arise during program delivery. Support consistency of service across multiple venues and assist with enquiries in person, online, and by phone. About You We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about community sport and recreation, with the ability to lead, organise, and engage. Ideally, you’ll bring: Experience in delivering organised sports and leisure programs. Strong communication and team supervision skills. Knowledge of sporting rules (e.g. Basketball, Netball, Indoor Soccer). Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities. A valid Working with Children Check, First Aid and CPR certification. A current Driver’s Licence and National Police Clearance. For further information, please refer to the position description.
