About the Role We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Mundaring Amcal Pharmacy . This full-time role is perfect for someone with a passion for beauty and cosmetics , who enjoys connecting with customers and helping them find the right products and solutions. You’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our busy pharmacy while delivering personalised service in our beauty and skincare area. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner Recommend beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products tailored to customer needs Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions with accuracy Restock merchandise and maintain an organised, visually appealing store Answer customer queries and offer helpful advice Support the pharmacy team with general administrative duties Follow company policies, procedures, and health regulations About You Previous experience in retail or customer service (beauty/cosmetics preferred) Confident in recommending and selling beauty products Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoys helping others Excellent cash handling and organisational skills Able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Why Join Us?
