This is a first-of-its-kind concept store, offering a premium customer experience across skincare and cosmetics. What You’ll Do As the Store Manager, you will lead a dynamic team to deliver outstanding results across customer experience, team performance, and commercial success. This store will set the benchmark for innovation, service excellence, and visual merchandising in the beauty space. Key Responsibilities: Lead & Inspire : Recruit, coach and develop a team of Beauty Advisors and an Assistant Store Manager to foster a high-performing, customer-first culture. Create Amazing Experiences : Champion personalised consultations and premium service that delights and retains customers. Drive Results : Manage KPIs, optimise daily operations, and ensure compliance across OH&S, cash handling, and stock management. Set the Standard : Ensure visual presentation and merchandising is impeccable, on-brand, and aligned with promotional campaigns. Grow the Business : Contribute ideas for in-store events, local partnerships, and marketing activations to increase visibility and drive foot traffic. What We’re Looking For Skills & Experience: 3–5 years’ experience in retail management, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors Proven ability to lead, motivate, and grow high-performing teams Strong customer service ethic with a passion for beauty and wellness Confident managing retail KPIs, stock levels, and daily operations Creative and commercially savvy – you understand what drives engagement and sales Desirable: Qualifications in Retail Management or a related field Experience with in-store events or community engagement initiatives Why Join This Role?
