We are currently seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations in our Canning Vale warehouse. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you’ll work closely with the current team to manage inventory, freight, and order fulfilment processes. The successful applicant will play a key role in assisting with Thermal Blanket stock, container unloading, and helping expedite orders based on Trello sales requests. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an automated video pre-screening as part of the next stage in the recruitment process. The Role: Assist with day-to-day warehouse operations alongside warehouse leadership Pick, label, dispatch, and store stock in line with order requirements Oversee blanket stock levels and manage finished product fulfilment Assist with unloading containers at Ernest Clark site as required Expedite blanket orders via Trello in line with sales requests Organise bin locations and update warehouse management systems Conduct accurate stocktakes and general inventory control Load and unload freight, generate connotes, and book transport Keep the workspace clean, compliant, and safe at all times Manage and replenish packing consumables Participate in weekly toolbox meetings focused on process improvement Complete delivery runs to customer sites as required Support front desk with customer service and quoting tasks The Requirements: Exposure to warehousing or logistics - Advantageous Valid Forklift License or willingness to ascertain Manual C Class Driver’s License - Minimum Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Willingness to learn warehousing or inventory management systems Strong safety-first mindset with a zero-harm attitude Be committed to PPE compliance Ability to work independently Adaptable, organised, and calm under deadline pressure Strong communication and collaboration skills If you believe you match our current criteria and are looking for a new start with a global industry leader, please click the APPLY button and send through your updated CV today.
