The Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Administrator to join our People & Culture team. This part-time role is perfect for someone with a strong background in payroll operations who thrives in a collaborative and values-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Process payroll accurately and on time for designated business units. Maintain and update employee records in payroll systems (Micropay, Humanforce, Bob, Carelink). Verify timesheets, leave forms, and resolve discrepancies. Prepare payroll-related payments including superannuation, PAYG, and salary packaging. Respond to employee queries regarding pay and entitlements. Support internal audits and contribute to process improvements. Assist with HR system administration and data integrity. Provide backup support for Payroll Coordinator and People Systems Analyst. What You’ll Bring Previous experience in payroll administration or support. Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards, and entitlements. Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., Micropay) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
