The Role As a Poultry Farm Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of free-range poultry sheds in Turallin QLD, ensuring bird welfare, environmental control and data accuracy while leading and mentoring a team of shed attendants. Reporting to the Poultry Farm Manager, your duties will include: Supervising shed attendants, providing training and ongoing mentorship Conducting daily inspections of bird health, feed, water and environmental parameters Implementing and monitoring biosecurity, WH&S and animal welfare standards Collecting, analysing and maintaining production and inventory data Performing basic equipment maintenance when required Skills & Experience Previous supervisory experience in poultry or other livestock operations Proficiency in basic maintenance and equipment troubleshooting Understanding of WH&S and biosecurity protocols Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Full Australian working rights Your Employer Our client is a privately owned agribusiness with over 65 years of operation, managing one of Australia’s largest integrated poultry and cropping enterprises.
