Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-platform social and content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and more. Produce standout video and static content, manage influencer partnerships, and lead content shoots from planning to publishing. Own community engagement and be the voice of the brand across all channels. Track content performance, optimise based on insights, and report regularly on key metrics. Lead creative development, mentor contributors, and collaborate across departments to align content with brand and business goals. Qualifications 5 years’ experience in content marketing or social media, preferably in eCommerce, fashion, or lifestyle brands. Highly skilled in content creation, video editing (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, Final Cut), and platform analytics. Experience managing influencer/creator campaigns and community engagement. Deep understanding of trends, digital storytelling, and brand voice development.
