What You’ll Do Provide respectful personal care and emotional support in the home Assist with medication and diabetes management Deliver behavioural support aligned with tailored care plans Encourage and support participation in community activities Shifts Available – 7 Days a Week (Choose the Days That Work for You) Morning: 8:00am to 2:00pm Afternoon: 2:00pm to 5:30pm Casual Pay Rates (SCHADS Award – E3.1, Pre-Tax): Base rate: $35.15/hr Afternoon (Mon–Fri, 8pm–midnight): $38.67/hr Active Night (finishes after midnight or starts before 6am): $39.37/hr Saturday: $49.21/hr Sunday: $63.27/hr Public Holiday: $77.33/hr What We’re Looking For NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With Children Check (Employee) First Aid & CPR Certification Current Australian driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle Why Join Nextt?
