Hands-On Overseer Wanted – Live and Work in the Heart of the Outback We’re on the lookout for a capable, mechanically minded Overseer to take the reins at Depot Outstation, part of the legendary Rawlinna Station – the biggest sheep station in the world. What’s on Offer: Full-time, permanent role 3-bedroom semi-furnished homestead – great for a couple of small family Living costs covered on station Attractive salary based on experience The Role: Based at Depot (about 90 minutes from the Rawlinna Homestead), you’ll be in charge of the Southern part of the station. That means keeping water infrastructure in top shape, helping drive the sheep program, and working alongside a tight-knit team. You’ll also be showing the ropes to junior staff when needed. We want someone who: Knows sheep and station life inside-out Can fix, build and maintain gear without needing to be asked Works just as well solo as in a team Thinks on their feet and finds smart solutions fast About Jumbuck: We’re a fourth generation Aussie outfit running large-scale sheep and cattle stations across the country.
