Foundation Recruitment has been retained by a national company that is seeking an experienced Project Commercial Manager to join the leadership team delivering a multi-year, large-scale civil infrastructure project involving bulk earthworks and mine site remediation. About the Role: You will play a critical role in the commercial success of the project by managing financial performance, contractual compliance, risk, procurement, and stakeholder relationships from pre-contract through to delivery and finalisation. Location: This role is Darwin-based , offering a great lifestyle in the Top End while playing a key role in a legacy project of national importance. What You’ll Need: Proven experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior Contracts Administrator role on major civil infrastructure projects ($100M ideally). Strong background in bulk earthworks, environmental remediation, or mining/civil construction. A deep understanding of contract administration, cost control, claims management, and commercial risk. Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, finance, legal, and delivery teams.
